Day 5 of India Bridal Fashion Week 2013
has brought one of the brightest collections we have seen all weeek. Adarsh Gill
's collection called "Evolution" presented the traditional bridal wear elements but with a contemporary twist of geometric patterns. Bright jeweled tones ruled the runway with sarees, anarkalis and lenghas in sapphire blue, emerald, amethyst and citrine. The result was a collection that showcased Indian bridal wear in a new light with lighter fabrics and modern embroidery. Showstopper Esha Gupta stunned the crowd in a bright orange lengha in heavy ornate embroidery and shimmering stonework paired with a simple choli.
