Today’s wedding feature highlights a romance that bloomed after many years of friendship. Ashima and Neel met their freshman year of college and managed a long distance relationship during graduate school. They tied the knot in a 375-person wedding in the bride's hometown of Pittsburgh.
We have featured couples who infuse their love of sports in their wedding events. But this couple went above and beyond by holding their Sangeet in a place where all the magic happens!
The wedding kicked off with a Sangeet celebration at the Hall of Fame Club at PNC Park with a beautiful view of the Pittsburgh skyline and baseball field. Ladies could choose bangles that matched their outfit from the ‘bangle tree’ as they entered, and guests enjoyed Indian, Mexican, and Italian cuisine.
