Indian Wedding Fashion from WIFW 2013 by Ekru

On the third day of Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week A/W 2013, Ekru by Ekta Jaipuria & Ruchira Kandhari presented such a wonderful variety of outfits both in terms of styles and colors. Bold peacock blue, red, gold, vibrant green and yellow were absolutely stunning. Voluminous layers upon layers of silk chiffon and georgette, lace, silk shantung were carefully crafted to create such varied and amazing looks. The peacock anarkali was one of my favorites because it is such a versatile piece and the color combination is to die for; simply gorgeous. My favorite look for a bride is the coral, red and gold lengha; it looks modern and visually exciting with so many textures. Which one can you see yourself wearing?
