One of the most stressful parts of wedding planning is figuring out the seating. It's difficult enough with a wedding of 100 guests and Indian weddings are notorious for having well over 100 guests. Well, just imagine trying to fit 500 guests into a ballroom and arranging the seating as to not look crowded or haphazard.

Victoria's Florals and Event Design, one of our Featured Vendors, created this perfect table formation for a 500 guest Indian wedding reception at
Modesto Centre Plaza in California. Everything is lined up perfectly and we love that it gives the illusion of a smaller event by arranging smaller groups of rectangular and circular tables. This is definitely a more socially interactive way of seating your guests instead of only large circular tables far away from each other.
Let's not forget the most important seats in the room, the bride and the groom's! They take center stage in an elegant design of silver drapes, bright pink flowers and an ivory loveseat.
