Happy engagement session week! For the rest of the week we're dedicating all our blog posts to the step right before the wedding, the engagement sessions! To kick off our first esession we are heading down to
Florida for the engagement session of Mel and John captured by their wonderful photographer

For their outdoor shoot Mel was dressed to the nines in a gorgeous sweetheart neck sequin and studded pink ombre gown while John donned a black suit with an untied bow tie! I love love love the shot

After the images we share the insider details behind Mel and John's love story!
John and Mel met 3 1/2 years ago while working in the bar at a local fine dining restaurant in Tampa. She was intrigued by how well traveled and worldly he was, especially because of her colorful heritage. After months of batting her eyelashes across the bar and unabashedly vying for the attention of the quiet unassuming bartender, she finally caught his eye. It only took one date to clinch their courtship and mark the beginning of an unshakable bond. His wit and gift for satire have been fuel for her vivacious laugh. Their relationship has been seeded with humor from the start, and remains the foundation of their love. After 3 joy filled years, John proposed to Mel at their favorite weekend beach resort in their beloved hammock.
