At Titan Tent Rentals we go through a rigorous system to ensure that our tents look as clean and desirable as possible. This system includes hand cleaning the tents immediately after every event, onsite spot cleaning during setup, and an advanced storage system that maintains the appearance in between events. We do all that we can to make sure that the tents lookready for your special occasion.

Customer Service
At every event, one or more owners will assist in setting up the tents. This allows for direct communication between owners and customers, which guarantees that the customer’s needs are met and any changes desired are completed in a professional capacity. Titan Tents takes pride in their customer service and repeatedly demonstrate that they care not only about the event on hand but establishing a relationship with the customer as well.

We conduct a free site inspection for every event, this enables us to anticipate any problems that may arise and prepare accordingly.
