Today we are bringing you the best of Day 2 of Delhi Couture Week 2013. The second day was definitely one filled with anticipation as both Monisha Jaising and Anamika Khanna were presenting their collections; these two designers are not only known for their amazing designs but also for their highly coveted personal style.

Monisha Jaising's collection "Happily Ever After" started with an attention grabbing red and gold dress followed by sexy shimmering gray and silver gowns with a high slit which were the highlight of this collection.

Anamika Khanna's highly anticipated show was the highlight of the day. Traditional and expertly draped saris, lenghas, maxi dresses and tailored jackets with high collars and capes in glorious floral prints, gray, white, black, red and purple were an absolute dream on the runway. Details such as zardozi and fine embroidery so intricate that it resembled lace was purely couture. We could only wish we could wear these high fashion and stunning dresses for our very own wedding.
