Peacock Themed Indian Wedding Reception

With so many stunning color combinations to choose from, it's no surprise that this decision can be one of the most difficult for an Indian bride. Our bride, Seema, found beautiful meaning behind all the colors she chose.
"The inspiration fro my Hindu wedding ceremony and reception came from the Hindu deities, Krishna and Radha, which often symbolize a spritual love, where Krishna always wears a peacock and is clothed in rich, deep jeweled tone colors. For the Christian wedding ceremony, the theme/color concept came about from the color white and its symbolism (of purity, angels and heaven) in a Christian marriage. I wanted the room to have a regal look so I choose gold as my secondary color for both the weddings and the reception."Don't miss the stunning peacock stationery that has to be my favorite detail from this Maryland wedding.
