Traditional Wedding in Bangalore With Gorgeous Temple Jewellery

Savitha and Kishore’s wedding created quite the stir down south, all thanks to the meticulously planned ceremonies and the larger than life bridal trousseau! Held in White Feather Convention Center in Bangalore, the wedding and reception come to us through some stunning snaps by the talented Savitha Patil. Every photograph is a thoughtful amalgam of great observation and an eye for the extraordinary. Savitha’s Sabyasachi wedding outfit steals the thunder, while her hair and makeup by Manjusha Bajaj makes her quite the bombshell!


Seen here, Savitha smiles as a relative smears haldi on her face during the haldi ceremony, though we’re unsure why someone with skin as gorgeous as Savitha’s needs any haldi at all! The simple mogra garland and traditional neckpiece is quite an eye catcher!

This is why we absolutely loved this Bangalore wedding! This couple was not one to take things lying down- there’s a perfect blend of the modern and traditional at this wedding. Guests and relatives (and even the young couple!) all had a great time posing at this funky photo booth.


The Wedding





Savitha’s simple yet powerful wedding look stole our breaths away. We love how she chooses to go traditional with the temple jewellery, which complements her saree beautifully. Apart from the intricate neckpiece, we’re loving the simple nath and maang tikka. The makeup is an additional scorer, especially the little pink bindi!






The Reception

This still from the reception ceremony reminds us why we love weddings! Savitha and Kishore seem to be enthralled in the depth of each other’s eyes as they share a quiet moment amidst their dance. Brownie points to the photographers for this magical click!This click is probably our favourite and it's easy to see why! The elegant decor, the dapper groom and the beautiful bride look picture perfect as they pose for the camera.
