India Bridal Fashion Week 2013 - Shantanu & Nikhil

Shantanu & Nikhil's collection for this year's India Bridal Fashion Week, "To Die For," was the epitome of a modern and chic bride. Earth tones along with dashes of yellow made an unexpected appearance. Sleek silhouettes, clean modern lines with light fabric and feminine touches such as French Chantilly lace, booti patterns and gold leaf were the highlight of this collection. The star of the show was Miss Canada, Sahar Biniaz, who made a stunning appearance in a nude colored gown of French lace and tulle. Shantanu & Nikhil declared that dupattas are on their way out and younger women are focusing on layering pieces instead such as short and long jackets layered with anarkalis and layered lenghas.
