This Big Fat Indian Wedding is all about Colours, Style and Fun

Priya and Karan’s Cancun Indian wedding is giving us serious destination wedding goals! The gorgeous venue, all decked up for the classy affair, looks sharp and elegant and just perfect for a fairytale wedding! We especially love the mandap- brought alive by the superior photography by Z Molu. Their respective families look on point with their shades and we are also in love with the pink overtones that seem slyly- but perfectly- matched. The brightness of the sky and the lush green around them brightens up an already gorgeous, picturesque setting, while the candids are heartwarmingly pretty!

Our favorite part of this wedding was perhaps the number of ceremonies that rang in the celebration of this couple’s coming together. Photos from the dance night made us want to get grooving sitting in our chairs, and the elaborate haldi ceremony reminded us of the traditional haldi ceremonies we see back home- recreated just perfectly for a destination wedding! We love how Priya embraces her elegance as she poses for candids and with her family. The sheer number of ceremonies were the perfect opportunity for everyone to dress to their heart’s content- clear in the way they embrace different colours and cuts in their trousseaus.

Priya and Karan look perfectly well matched, and more so in the days counting down to their wedding. We cannot ignore how much they look in love, and how they pair up to complement each other’s tastes and styles. We couldn’t wait to see what the wedding had in store for them, and we jumped quickly to the wedding pictures for a glimpse into the biggest day of their lives- and we weren’t disappointed! The minimalist mandap looked so stunning, it left our jaws gaping! Props to Karan also for complementing Priya’s gorgeous pink lehenga so well. Suave and sharp, this couple’s a killer!
