This Multicultural Indian Wedding in Mexico is just so STUNNING

Thanuja and Ricky’s wedding was a vibrant mix of Gujarati and Tamil wedding scenes: the red, green and yellow popped brightly at the wedding, captured ever so vividly by Jonathan Cossu. After having spent more than three years together, this endearing couple decided to tie the knot amidst the white sands of Mexico, fringed by tropical palm trees and thick plantations. The beach proved to add masala to this hot wedding, with celebrations ringing in days before the nuptials; a hundred and fifty guests in tow, an extravagant desi trousseau, and a reliable team of photographers at their behest, this wedding entourage set off to the white sands of Mexico just in time for the ceremonies!

The stunning resort was all decked up for the couple’s big day as they made their way through rounds of hair and make-up perfected by Sara Tamargo. Alquimia Events did up the place in perfect hues for this desi do!

Thanuja’s wedding gown was a visual extravaganza in itself- with a green blouse and orange skirt all detailed to finesse by intricate embroidery, and a bright ochre dupatta with similar work, she shone heavenly as she glowed in the light of the tropical sun. Ricky proved his debonair charm in a cream sherwani and donned a green dupatta with stunning brooches on either side. The green balanced the hues of his turban and his admirable grooming was well conveyed!
