Best of 2015 Mehndi Edition

We couldn't do a best of 2015 without including the best indian bride accessory, Mehndi! From intricate designs, embellished colors and hidden letters all of these designs were beautiful!
If you look closely at the details you'll see hidden portraits on both hands as well as more than one peacock!
I love that this one doesn't take up her whole hand. Instead the skin peeking through adds contrast and lets all of her stunning jewelry shine!
I'm a sucker for anything turquoise so this pattern was right up my alley. Love the dual colors and the break between patterns on her hands- gorgeous!
Another auspicious peacock inspired design but this one has pictures woven throughout!
The two handed picture is always a classic. Separate it looks beautiful but together creates a stunning landscape!
Can't get through the best of list without mehndi for the feet! Paired perfectly with her polished toes her mehndi is gorgeous!
Normally I am not always a fan of the filled in fingers but this design coupled with the bride's jewelry really does look stunning!
