Every bride wants to look her best on her wedding day. You’ve spent tons of time looking for the perfect wedding outfit but don’t forget to spend time on your face! Use the following tips to create a routine for yourself that will ensure that bridal glow on your big day.

  • Get plenty of sleep. It’s hard to do when you can’t stop thinking about everything on your to-do list but it’s extremely important in avoiding dark circles around your eyes.

  • Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day. Make it a habit to keep a bottle of water with you at all times. Also try to cut out or limit carbonated drinks.

  • Get plenty of exercise. If you haven’t developed an exercise routine yet this is the perfect time to do so. Not only will your body feel great but your skin will also glow.

  • Use sunscreen. Don’t forget to protect your skin every time you are outside.

  • Use under-eye cream. In case you can’t avoid the long nights or already have a problem with dark circles, treat them with a medicated cream.

  • Remove makeup before sleep. The last thing you want to do is unnecessarily clog your pores.

  • Take care of your feet. Apply foot moisturizer and then cotton socks at night if your feet are dry. Also get periodic pedicures before the wedding.

  • Moisturize your lips. Keep your lips healthy so they’re ready for that wedding day kiss.

  • Moisturize your hands. Your hands will definitely be on display during your wedding day so make sure they look great and are as soft as possible.
