Escape Wedding Planning Stress

Without a doubt, planning a wedding will lead to some disagreements between the future bride and groom. Some level of stress cannot be avoided but there’s always something you can do to forget about it for a while. Minimize any trouble in the land of love by escaping from all the planning. Plan a date for just the two of you and make it extra special. Whisk your honey away with one of the following ideas.

Where it all began.

Take your honey to the spot where you first met, had your first date or where you got engaged. Have dinner at the restaurant where it all began or take a stroll down that special beach. If you feel like a night at home, rent the movie you first watched together and order in your favorite food.

Romantic picnic

Set out for a beautiful spot in a park or near a lake and enjoy an afternoon in the sun. Prepare sandwiches at home or pick up snacks like chips and salsa or French bread and fruit. Add a bottle of wine and a warm blanket and you’re ready for some romance. Don’t forget to take along some dessert for that added sweet touch.

Make Dinner Together

If you’re food aficionados and the kitchen is your favorite part of the house, why not stay in and cook a meal together. Look up a great recipe and shop together for the ingredients. Play some romantic music in the background and enjoy creating a gourmet meal together. Afterwards set up a romantic table in a candlelit room and marvel at the wonderful taste.

Weekend Away

If you have the time and the opportunity why not escape for a weekend in the mountains or on a beach? It’s the perfect way to forget about all those vendors and bills. Make a dinner or massage reservation in advance and take along whatever you need to make the weekend exceptionally romantic.

Amusement Park

Do you have the most fun when you’re outdoors acting like a carefree child? Get up early and head towards the nearest amusement park to spend a day in the sun with your honey. Act like kids and eat all the junk food you can find while riding the best roller coasters. You may come home with stomach aches but you’ll have spent a great day together.
